PostPro SF50 is AMT's automated, industrial vapor smoothing system for low-volume production of end-use parts. It shares the SF100 cabinet and controls, with a smaller 50 L chamber. An automated cycle of up to 2 h, with a choice of three finishing agents.

Conditioning
Parts are conditioned in the chamber to reach the right processing conditions.
Processing
Vaporized consumable is injected into the chamber and smooths part surfaces under controlled conditions.

The consumable is removed from the surface and the surface resolidifies.
Drying
Parts are dried so no consumable remains in the chamber, ready for use.

The SF50 brings the SF100's production cabinet to smaller runs. Parts load from the front at an ergonomic height, an HD touchscreen runs the cycle, and MES/ERP connectivity links it to your line. The closed loop recovers the consumable for the next cycle.

Standard warrantyThe standard warranty period is 12 months after delivery and applies to material and construction defects only. Parts subject to normal wear and tear are excluded. In the event of a warranty case, parts will be provided free of charge and installed by an AMT employee. During the warranty period, only solvent and parts supplied by AMT may be used.

What is the PostPro SF50?
An automated, industrial vapor smoothing system by AMT (Additive Manufacturing Technologies), sized for low-volume production of end-use parts. It finishes 3D printed polymer parts in a 400 × 300 × 400 mm process chamber, in an automated cycle of up to 2 h.
How is the SF50 different from the SF100?
Both share the same 830 × 1400 × 1830 mm cabinet, the same controls and the same automated cycle of up to 2 h. The SF50's process chamber is 400 × 300 × 400 mm (50 L); the SF100's is 400 × 600 × 400 mm (100 L).
