PostPro SF100 is AMT's automated, industrial vapor smoothing system for high-volume production: a 400 × 600 × 400 mm chamber and an automated cycle of up to 2 h in a closed-loop cabinet, with an HD touchscreen and MES/ERP connectivity.

Parts go into a front-loading chamber built for large parts or batch production. Conditioning, processing, curing and drying then run in one closed-loop cycle.
Conditioning
Parts are conditioned in the chamber to reach the right processing conditions.
Processing
Vaporized consumable is injected into the chamber and smooths part surfaces under controlled conditions.
Curing
The consumable is removed from the surface and the surface resolidifies.
Drying
Parts are dried so no consumable remains in the chamber, ready for use.

Standard warrantyThe standard warranty period is 12 months after delivery and applies to material and construction defects only. Parts subject to normal wear and tear are excluded. In the event of a warranty case, parts will be provided free of charge and installed by an AMT employee. During the warranty period, only solvent and parts supplied by AMT may be used.

What is the PostPro SF100?
An automated, industrial vapor smoothing system by AMT (Additive Manufacturing Technologies), sized for high-volume production. It finishes 3D printed polymer parts in a 400 × 600 × 400 mm (100 L) process chamber, in an automated cycle of up to 2 h.
How is the SF100 different from the SF50?
Both share the same 830 × 1400 × 1830 mm cabinet, the same controls and the same automated cycle of up to 2 h. The SF100's process chamber is 400 × 600 × 400 mm (100 L); the SF50's is 400 × 300 × 400 mm (50 L).
Can the SF100 run unattended?
