Ship your parts
Once your AMT contact approves the request, you get an email with a secure link to your shipping details and a prepaid label. Pack your parts securely and send them to our facility.

Benchmark questions
Does it cost anything to test my parts?
No. There is no cost to evaluate, and AMT sends you a prepaid shipping label for your parts.1
Do I get my parts back?
Yes. Your parts come back to you after processing, with before-and-after photos and a full benchmark report.1
How long does a benchmark take?
The typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks.1
What should I send?
Unprocessed or newly printed parts. If you send different kinds of parts, describe each kind as its own batch in the request; if all your parts are the same, one batch is enough.
Which PostPro system will process my parts?
Our technicians vapor smooth your parts on the right PostPro system for the job. You can name a preferred machine and consumable in the request, or leave the choice to us.
Can AMT use photos of my parts?
That is your choice. The request has a marketing permission box: AMT may use photos and results of your parts for marketing if you tick it.
Can I track my request?
Yes. Once your AMT contact approves the request, you get an email with a secure link to your shipping details, your labels and your benchmark. You can also track an existing request on the benchmark portal.
