Questions

About these prices

Are these AMT's real prices?

Yes. Every line comes from AMT's price list for PostPro vapor smoothing systems, care plans, consumables and services. They are list prices: indicative until AMT confirms them in your formal quote.

Do the prices include tax and shipping?

No. Prices exclude tax, duties and shipping. Shipping is quoted per order and billed at actual; duties and taxes are billed separately.

Which currency will I see?

The one AMT publishes for your delivery country: US dollars for the United States, pounds sterling for the United Kingdom, euros for the European Union and US dollars elsewhere. You can switch between the three. Each is AMT's own list price, never an exchange-rate conversion.

What does a typical SF50 or SF100 setup include?

The machine, its Ancillaries Pack (extractor, ducting kit, AMT processing racks, rack stand and preparation stand) and installation, training and onboarding by an AMT application engineer. The builder starts there and totals the machine and the pack; installation, training and care plans are priced in your formal quote, so they show "Priced in your formal quote" and stay out of the total. Untick what you don't need. The price list doesn't mark the pack as required, so your formal quote confirms what your site needs.

Why is DMS automated loading "price on request"?

DMS automated loading and unloading for the SF100 has no list price in the current price list. Add it to your quote and request a formal quote: AMT prices it for you.

What is the configuration ID?

A reference in the form AMT-Q-yymmdd-XXXX: the date you built the quote plus a four-character code for that exact configuration. Anyone who opens your share link sees the same lines and total, recalculated from the price list. Change anything and the code changes.

How do RemoteCare, HyperCare, SFX-traCare and SF2X-traCare work?

They are AMT's extended service and maintenance plans, for one, two or three years: RemoteCare and HyperCare for the SF50 and SF100, SFX-traCare for the SFX and SF2X-traCare for the SF2X. SFX-traCare and SF2X-traCare show their list prices in the builder; RemoteCare and HyperCare are priced by AMT in your formal quote, with a new machine or on request. Plan details come with that quote.
