Make the most of every cycle
- Start with clean parts. Remove all loose powder before every run.
- Plan the chamber. The SFX chamber rewards careful loading. See Know your chamber: sizes and cycle times across the SF range and How part orientation and fixturing affect results.
- Keep consumables on hand. Reorder PostPro Pure before you run out: order from AMT.
- Cover. AMT offers SFX-traCare care packs for the SFX. Contact AMT about the options for your machine.
- Something wrong? That is a support case: How to get help fast: support, orders, quotes and the forum.
SFX in the field
Point Designs makes partial hand prostheses on HP MJF and smooths them on a PostPro SFX; see Case study: Point Designs, partial hand prostheses smoothed on a PostPro SFX (opens the community forum in a new tab). The SFX product page also shows a complete workflow from SLS printing to vapor smoothing, made with production partner SGD 3D.
