Automated loading for the SF100: what DMS does
The PostPro Digital Manufacturing System (DMS) is AMT’s modular automated loading system for PostPro SF100 systems. Here is what AMT publishes about it.
What it does
- Loads and unloads PostPro SF100 systems automatically.
- Recognizes each tray, and the tray selects the recipe for that batch.
- Runs unattended: AMT describes 24/7 unattended production, or lights-out vapor smoothing.
- Works with existing machines: DMS is for PostPro SF100 systems, including existing installs.
- Connects: the SF50 and SF100 support MES/ERP connectivity.
