Marel salmon side gripper: sealed and sterilizable surfaces with AMT PostPro vapor smoothing

Marel needed a new gripper for handling large salmon sides and worked with the Danish Technological Institute (DTI) to design and 3D print a prototype. The final gripper, made from metal-detectable nylon, is optimized for food safety with smooth, joint-free contact areas.
