PostPro software & AI

Intelligent by design.

PostPro software runs every SF vapor smoothing cycle from the machine’s HD touchscreen.1 It recommends a recipe for the job, keeps watch on its own consumables and wear parts, walks your team through diagnostics and sends a support ticket to AMT in one tap.

Run a cycle on the touchscreen.

  1. Run a cycle. Badge in, load the parts and accept the recipe the assistant recommends. Then watch the stages run at time-lapse speed.
  2. Service & support. The machine flags a worn filter, guides a check and sends a ticket to AMT.
  3. Explore. Open the status, recipe and consumable screens on your own.

Four pillars

From recipe to service call, one system.

AMT’s algorithms and post-trained models2 sit behind four jobs on the machine. Each one shows up on the touchscreen your operators already use.

  1. Process intelligence

The right recipe for the job.

Tell the touchscreen what you are loading: the material, the parts and how full the racks are. The recipe assistant recommends a recipe chain for that load, with a predicted cycle time and the consumable it expects to use. Accept it, or adjust a stage and watch the prediction update.

  2. Automated service flags

    Flags before they become downtime.

The machine keeps count of its own wear parts and consumables: the carbon filter, the extractor filters, the consumable level and the maintenance intervals. When one comes due, the touchscreen raises a flag that says what it detected, what to do and which part to order, so the replacement can be on the shelf before it is needed.

  3. Diagnostics

    Faults, found step by step.

When something is off, the touchscreen shows the health of the machine’s sensors (vacuum, temperatures, door seal and consumable flow) and walks the operator through a guided check, one step at a time, until the cause is clear. If the check points to AMT, the result goes with the ticket.

  4. Remote ticketing and support

    One tap to AMT.

A tap on the touchscreen raises a support ticket with the machine ID, the recent cycle log and the flag history attached, so the engineer starts with the facts. AMT engineers work on it remotely, by phone and video, and come on site when the job needs it.

Fleet intelligence

The fleet behind the models.

AMT’s models are built on 10M+ process data points.2 Here is where the machines run, how their data reaches AMT and how the results go back to the fleet.

Data flow

How the fleet feeds the models.

On the machine

The touchscreen your operators use every day.

Recipes in, a clear view of every stage while it runs, and a report when the cycle ends. Access and consumables are managed by RFID, and the SF50 and SF100 connect to your factory systems.

  • Recipes

Recipe chains for your materials and parts, loaded and run from the touchscreen. The assistant recommends one for each load; your team can accept it or adjust it.

  • Process view

Every stage on screen as it runs, with the chamber traces beside it, so operators can see where the cycle is and how long it has left.

  • Cycle report

When the cycle ends, a report records the parts processed, the duration, the consumable used and the checks passed. The consumable level and the maintenance counters update with it.

Service and support

Help that starts at the machine.

When the machine flags something, your team sees what it found and what to do. When they need AMT, one tap sends a ticket with the logs attached, and AMT engineers pick it up remotely.

FAQ

Questions about the software.

How does AMT use AI in vapor smoothing?

In AMT’s words: “Powered by a decade of processing parts and more than 10 million process data points, AMT has developed its own proprietary algorithms and post-trained models that power our fleet of SF machines.”2 On the machine, that shows up as recipe recommendations, automated service flags, guided diagnostics and remote support.

Is the demo on this page the real software?

It is a simulation that mirrors the layout, navigation and operator flows of the PostPro SF touchscreen. It runs in your browser and is not connected to a machine, and its values are illustrative, based on published SF specifications. Book a live demo to see the software on a real machine.

What happens when the machine needs service?

The touchscreen raises an automated service flag that says what it detected, what to do and which part to order. If a fault needs a closer look, a guided check runs on the touchscreen, and one tap sends a support ticket to AMT with the machine’s logs attached.

Can AMT support my machine remotely?

Yes. AMT offers remote support by phone and video for troubleshooting, technical guidance and system diagnostics, and remote support for installation. RemoteCare and HyperCare care packs for the SF50 and SF100, PostPro SFX-traCare for the SFX and PostPro SF2X-traCare for the SF2X add one, two or three years of service and maintenance cover. SFX-traCare and SF2X-traCare list prices are on this page and on the pricing page; RemoteCare, HyperCare and the support services are priced in your formal quote.

Does the software connect to our MES or ERP?

The SF50 and SF100 offer MES/ERP connectivity.1 The SFX connects over Wi-Fi. Talk to an AMT engineer about your systems before you order.

How do operators sign in, and how are consumables tracked?

The SF50 and SF100 have RFID-controlled access, so each operator signs in with a badge.1 They also have RFID consumable recognition and management.3

Does the SFX run the same software?

The SFX has its own 7-inch touchscreen1 and its own recipe packages; the demo on this page mirrors the SF50 and SF100 touchscreen. SFX recipe profiles are sold per material or as a package of all available recipes.

Where does the fleet map come from?

From AMT’s Nexus fleet records that carry a location. It is not the full installed base. The map shows no customer names and no counts: systems are grouped by metro area or region, an area with fewer than three systems joins a larger one nearby or is left off the map, and dot sizes are relative.
