The builder puts together a quotation request: the system and its configuration, AMT's Complete or Starter Bundle for the SFX and the SF2X, the Ancillaries Pack that comes with every SF50 and SF100, starter consumables, installation (on site or remote, required on the SF50 and SF100), DMS automated loading and unloading for the SF100, and SFX-traCare, SF2X-traCare, RemoteCare or HyperCare care packs for one, two or three years. AMT prices every item in your quotation. Your request gets a configuration ID and a share link, and a PDF once you send it.

About your quotation
Why does the builder show no prices for options?
AMT publishes one starting price per system, shown in step 01 and on the pricing page; everything else is priced in your quotation, from the configuration and bundles to options, consumables, installation, care packs and shipping.
Does the quotation include tax and shipping?
Your quotation states shipping for your site. Shipping is billed at actual; duties and taxes are billed separately.
Which currency will my quotation be in?
The one AMT publishes for your delivery country: US dollars for the United States, pounds sterling for the United Kingdom, euros for the European Union and US dollars elsewhere. The starting-from prices switch between the three. Each is AMT's own price, never an exchange-rate conversion.
What comes with every SF50 and SF100?
The machine, its Ancillaries Pack (extractor, ducting kit, AMT processing racks, rack stand and preparation stand) and installation, on site or remote. Both are in every SF50 and SF100 configuration; add consumables, care and automation as you need. Your quotation prices the setup and confirms what your site needs.
Can I add DMS automated loading?
Yes, for the SF100. Add DMS automated loading and unloading to your request and AMT prices it in your quotation, like every other item.
How do I get a PDF of my configuration?
Send AMT your quotation request with your email. A link to the PDF of the configuration appears on the page straight after. The share link to the builder works without a form.
What is the configuration ID?
A reference in the form AMT-Q-yymmdd-XXXX: the date you built the request plus a four-character code for that exact configuration. Anyone who opens your share link sees the same items and quantities. Change anything and the code changes.
How do RemoteCare, HyperCare, SFX-traCare and SF2X-traCare work?
They are AMT's extended service and maintenance plans, for one, two or three years: RemoteCare (the standard tier) and HyperCare (the premium tier) for the SF50 and SF100, SFX-traCare for the SFX and SF2X-traCare for the SF2X. Add one to your request and AMT prices it in your quotation, with a new machine or on request. Plan details come with that quotation.
