The PostPro UP is AMT’s industrial-grade automated unpacking system, engineered to streamline the removal of unfused powder from polymer build cakes. Using a combination of mechanical vibration, pressurised air blasting, and rotating-drum motion, it delivers fast, repeatable unpacking while recovering reusable material.
Built for high-volume production, the PostPro UP integrates directly with AMT’s Powder Recovery System (PRS) to automatically separate and transfer recovered powder for future builds. Available in configurations for HP MJF 5200, EOS P3 & SAF build units, it provides a seamless and safe first step in AMT’s automated post-processing workflow
