FAQ ## Benchmark questions ### Does it cost anything to test my parts? No. There is no cost to evaluate, and AMT sends you a prepaid shipping label for your parts.[1] ### Do I get my parts back? Yes. Your parts come back to you after processing, with before-and-after photos and a full benchmark report.[1] ### How long does a benchmark take? The typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks.[1] ### What should I send? Unprocessed or newly printed parts. If you send different kinds of parts, describe each kind as its own batch in the request; if all your parts are the same, one batch is enough. ### Which PostPro system will process my parts? Our technicians vapor smooth your parts on the right PostPro system for the job. You can name a preferred machine and consumable in the request, or leave the choice to us. ### Can AMT use photos of my parts? That is your choice. The request has a marketing permission box: AMT may use photos and results of your parts for marketing if you tick it. ### Can I track my request? Yes.
